Our Education and Training Program includes the following 17 courses addressing Product Development and EDM/PDM:
Course A1 is a 2-day course for top managers wanting to rapidly improve product development performance. It is oriented towards objectives, performance metrics, target-setting and the planning and implementation of improvements.
Course A2 is a 3-day course addressing the fundamental issues of managing product development. It is suitable for Product Development Managers, Department Managers, Team Managers and Product Leaders.
Course A3 is a 3-day course for everyone participating on an everyday basis in the product development process. It is ideal for process participants from functions such as Marketing and Sales, Research and Development, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Production, Support, Decommissioning and Recycling.
Course A4 is a 5-day in-depth course for the manager of the project to improve product development performance.
(More details) Courses B1, B2, B3 and B4 are all 3-day courses focused on the improvement of product development performance for companies in specific industry sectors. (More details) Course C1 is a 2-day course showing how to draw up a picture of an enterprise's engineering data, and to describe the structure, flow, use, quality and quantity of this data. It details methods for collecting the baseline information that will be used later in EDM/PDM planning and cost-justification.
Course C2 is a 2-day course showing how to cost-justify and select an EDM/PDM system, and to plan for its implementation.
Course C3 is a 2-day course. It addresses the activities that take place after an EDM/PDM system has been selected but before the system is in use.
Course C4 is a 2-day course. It addresses the activities that take place when an EDM/PDM system is in everyday use.
Courses C1, C2, C3 and C4 are all suitable for the EDM/PDM Project Manager and members of the EDM/PDM Project Team. (More details) Course D1 is a 2-day course showing how to improve the processes for the development of new products and the rapid modification of existing products. It is for Department Managers, Product Development Managers and managers of projects to improve product development performance.
Course D2 is a 2-day course focused on product development process performance metrics. It particularly suitable for Product Development Managers and managers of projects to improve product development performance.
Course D3 is a 2-day course focused on the use of Life Cycle Resource Planning in the product development process. Its content is intended for top management, Product Development Managers, Department Managers and managers of projects to improve product development performance.
