The main steps of the review activity for a particular company are as follows:

Step 1. We visit the company site, interview relevant people, and review relevant documents and systems.

Step 3. We present our conclusions on the company site.

The amount of time required for the review depends on the size of the company, the number of sites we need to visit, and the number of current and potential EDM/PDM users.

For a company with less than 1,000 people and one main site, we would expect the following durations:

Step 1 : 2-3 days
Step 2 : 2-3 days
Step 3 : 1 day
