* Financial results *
SDRC announced it estimates that its third quarter revenues will be approximately
$105 million, substantially below expectations. Bottom line results are expected
to be about break-even. A complete earnings report will be released on October 23.
Total revenue from Metaphase and other e-business software operations exceeded $39
million and grew compared to last year's third quarter, while total revenue from
SDRC's design operations was lower than the previous year.
Tecnomatix Technologies, Ltd. announced that it expects revenues and earnings
for the third quarter ended September 30, 2000 to be below analysts' expectations.
Revenues are expected to be approximately $20.0 million with a net loss
of approximately $5.0 million on a proforma basis. The Company plans
to report final third quarter results on October 25, 2000.
